Keep Calm….Breath

Let us be honest with ourselves…separation and divorce can be a challenging time for even the strongest among us. As our relationships break down we can sometimes find ourselves breaking down. It is important that we keep on top of our health during these times – especially our mental health. Remember,  like most other things in life, this phase will too pass. So hold on and think positively.

Family and friends are vital during your divorce. Lean on them during this time. If it all becomes too much however, reach out to community resources that are here to help.

Try focusing on the following:

Forgive.

Let go and Move on.
