Financial Calculator
This module is mandatory. You and your ex partner enter all assets and liabilities of your martial pool and then agree on their individual values.
The SPLIT calculator then divides the marital pool using the same method as the Australian Family Court automatically determining how much each party should receive. If you have children the outcome is influenced by how many nights they spend with each of you.
Finally you and your ex divide the assets in accordance with the SPLIT outcome.
$249
Parenting Plan
This module is required only if you and your ex partner have children together and they are currently under 18.
SPLIT contains a comprehensive template checklist that allows you to collaborate on the creation of a Parenting Plan.
The Plan details how many nights each child will spend with the parties and records how shared parental decision-making will be undertaken.
The Parenting Plan is linked to the financial calculator so that the responsibilities for ongoing children’s expenses are accounted for.
$149
Agreement Document
This module is highly recommended. Once you and your ex partner have completed the Financial Calculator and Parenting Plan [if applicable] SPLIT automatically prepares your final agreement.
Your agreement is ready for printing and filing online at the Federal Circuit Court of Australia completing the Financial and Parenting aspects of your Divorce.
